General Terms of Agreement

The confirmation of your reservation implies the full understanding and acceptance of the present General Terms of Agreement.

1. Booking Confirmation Rs. 50,000 Advance.
2. 80 percent payment will be done before five days of event and If you are unable to meet the deadline, kindly communicate with us in writing.
3. Amount of 10% of the booking will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the Customer for any reason.
4. Service Tax will be extra on applicable rates.
5. DVAT /CST will be charge extra on applicable rates.
6. Guests are responsible for their belongings.
7. Dance Junction (DJ) will be closed 10:30 hours at night due to Inconvenience by Delhi Police.
8. Consumption of Alcohol is permitted as per exercise rules/Govt. norms.
9. Parking at owner’s risk or valet parking charges will be applicable if required.
10. Plates counting will be done by customer and acknowledge to the event manager on the spot before the function starts.
11. Quantity of Extra plates will be charged as same as rate of per plate decided.
12. We will not be responsible if this is overlooked and as a result we are unable to serve you due to rain and spoilage of food in open venues.
13. Royal caterer will Endeavour to provide suitable adaption to the Clients menu for any guests with special dietary requirement or allergies. We cannot however take responsibility for any guest unless advised in advance (not less than 5 working days prior to event).
14. All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdictions only.
